Design

      We have the capability and experience to design products or assist customers in product designs. We build and document projects that are both mechanical and optical mechanical. Our Main CAD program is SolidWorks, however we can transfer files through IGES, STEP, DXF AND DWG. In the final package of designs includes documentation which contains all part, assembly and procedure drawings. This is accompanied with a complete Bill of Material with all purchased parts, hardware and completely indented BOM. We do FEA analysis on projects that require stress, in addition to other related analyses..

 

Production

      Our machine shop has the capacity to handle production runs with a 97% on time delivery rate. The shop is equipped to make changes to due dates or other adjustments related to parts or assemblies, as needed. No run is too small or too large. We are committed to serving our customers with quality parts and exceptional service. All runs are checked in process to guarantee that the quality of the run is ensured.

Prototype

      We know that new projects depend on prototype runs and we are committed to making sure that they are done on time and are of high quality. Our team is committed to working with the engineers to help with the process of these parts and assemblies.

Quick Turn

         Quick turn jobs are something that we specialize in. Our customers depend on us to help when it is crucial to meet tight deadlines, and we go above and beyond to meet needs.

Assemblies

          We  deliver complete turnkey assemblies. We are capable of making and ensuring the accuracy of all of our kits and assembly. We have partnerships with other manufactures to ensure the quality of our parts and along quick response times.  We summit a check sheet in our kits and assemblies to guarantee that all kits or assemblies are complete.

Markets and Service

Our customers range from Security Product, Semiconductor Manufacturing, and General Industrial equipment. We have traveled to Europe, Asia and the Continental USA to install systems that we have designed or assisted in.
